Alienware M17 Dream Machine

How many times am I going to call a computer a dream machine? There is a review of the Alienware M17 and this machine has power to spare. The price is amazing at $1399. The best part is the machine has dual ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870 video cards. 2 video cards in this laptop for only $1399. I call that amazing.

My new Dream Machine

I can't afford this laptop but boy do I want it. Notebook review.com has a review of the Asus W90 and it is nice. It has two ATI Radeon Mobility 4870 video cards in SLI. When I read that then I instantly thought this would be a $4000 machine but it is $2199. Still really high but half the price I was thinking of. It even comes with a free backpack and mouse. This laptop is calling for me.

MSI Megabook GT627 Gaming Notebook

Notebook Check has a nice review of the MSI Megabook GT627 Gaming Notebook. It has a nice Nvidia 9800 MGS card. The price is good for $1,299.99 at Amazon. If you can live with a 2.26 GHz processor instead of a 2.4 you can save $200 and the the $1,099.99 model.

Quad-Core Gateway

According to Notebook review a new Gateway P-7808u FX has been released. The big difference here is the Quad-Core processor. $1799.99 is a good price for a quad-core laptop with a good video card. I would still get the cheaper P-7805u at best buy.

ASUS N81Vp-C1 Review

Laptop Mag has a review of the ASUS N81Vp-C1. They like the middle level ATI HD 4650 but I think my 8600mgt is just a little lower and not worth the upgrade for me. I guess I just like looking at high level video cards like the 9800.

Another Killer Asus Machine

The ASUS G71Gx is another fine machine from Asus. It has a very nice high end GeForce GTX 260M graphics card. The body looks nice. Also another plus in my book is its nice 17 inch screen. No more living in 15 inch land. I wonder what the price will be?

Right after Engadget announces this product, Laptop Mag comes along and writes up a review. They say it is too expensive to be a budget gaming laptop and for $200 you could get a nice Alienware machine.

MSI GT627 Review over at Laptop Mag

Laptopmag.com reviewed the MSI GT627 and they love it. They didn't like the keyboard which they thought was too cramped but the performance is to die for. The price is great too at $1,149. The secret is the Nvidia 9800M GS graphics chip.

18 inch Acer Aspire 8930 gaming laptop

I like the way this laptop looks. The video card isn't bad either. The price is really high at $1,699.99. But man that large 18 inch screen looks nice. Here are some specs.

GT725 Is my new Dream Machine

First of all the Video Card is awesome. ATI's 512MB Radeon HD4850 GPU is the third fastest laptop video card. Next I looked up the price at Amazon and it is only $1,349.99. I am totally in love. If this card was in an Alienware machine the price would easily be in the $4000s. What a beauty.
